Behavioral Health

Young people have it the worst. Unfortunately adults, parents even doctors today are not properly educated regarding nutrition. Young people are following the lead of the adults they see so if adults aren't aware then young people know even less.

Working in behavioral health over 10 years and dealing with youth ranging from age 4-19, various ethnic and economic backgrounds as well as youth diagnosed with ADHD, anger, depression, anxiety, ODD, etc, the one thing they all have in common is a poor diet.

Today the foods are full of chemicals and more kids are digagnosed with ADHD and other social issues than any other time.

Whole foods plant based diet can help regulate several of these issues.

Doctors On Nutrition

image15

Doctors and Pharmaceutical Industry

Unfortunately, adults aren't aware of proper nutrition because we are brainwashed as children. Even doctors are not required to learn nutrition in medical school.

The average physician has about 20 hrs of training on nutrition. Chronic diseases are not contagious, cured by vaccines or medication. They are developed over long periods of time due to poor nutrition.

The money is in keeping people sick not healthy so if a doctor does not inquire about your diet when you are sick then looking for a new doctor is a better decision than taking the medication they prescribe
